- Responsible for monthly inventory parts numbers
- Keeping up to date with registration for all vehicles and other vehicle document requirements
- Managing trucks and trailers at repair shops and relay ETA to the correct management
- Responsible for cost tracking and analysis on maintenance expenses in each market
- Reviewing credit card statements and bill approvals for the maintenance department
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors
- Automotive Industry knowledge required
- Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication
- Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc
- Able to multitask in a high pace environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
