The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through hospitality, relationship building, and in helping others.
As a dining room server, you will provide service to our residents in our casual eatery, The Bistro, and our more formal dining room, The Landing. Duties include:
- Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and other functions and services
- Ensure residents are satisfied with the food, and service, and respond promptly to correct any problems
- Take food or beverage orders
- Explain menu items preparations, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Serve food or beverages in a professional manner
- Perform food preparation and service duties such as, but not limited to, preparing salads, serving soup, portioning appetizers or desserts, serving hot food in our Bistro, and brewing coffee
- Cleaning and resetting tables
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables and return them to the dish room
- Assist host or hostess by greeting and seating
- Attend daily scheduled employee meetings
- Support fellow employees to ensure service standards and efficient operations
- Other duties as assigned

- be on time for scheduled shifts.
- Most importantly have a positive attitude and are able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
- 10th-grade education, HS Diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous restaurant experience helpful.
