What you will be doing:Performs daily building inspections and toursWelcomes residents and visitors, and help them to and from their vehiclesMonitor all life safety devices for Independent and RC residentsFill out daily shift and incident reports. Send daily to designated peopleAssists residents with packages when they enter the communityDelivers packages to the residents' apartments dailyResponsible for logging and delivering of resident packagesSort and distribute inter-office mail Provides requested assistance to residents in a courteous and helpful mannerAssists with covering the main front desk when neededResponds to Emergency Calls from residents and staff and direct to appropriate respondersManages guest apartment reservationsOther duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:Ability to uphold our core values, and follow policies and procedures. Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff. Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to residents’ bill of rights. Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts. Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask). 10th-grade education, HS Diploma/GED preferred. Salary : $17 - $18
