As the Executive Operations Assistant, you will:

  • Partner closely with the President & CEO to manage executive priorities, schedules, strategic initiatives, and organizational communications.
  • Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, board packets, meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, community stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Track strategic initiatives and organizational priorities to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, operational improvements, AI technologies, automation opportunities, and new business initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
  • Support planning efforts for organizational growth and future community expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organize governance records and support effective board operations.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly polished professional who possesses:

  • Required professional experience supporting a Board of Directors or executive board governance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative, operations, project management, or governance experience.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a President, CEO, or Executive Director.
  • Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who:

  • Thinks strategically and executes flawlessly.
  • Is proactive rather than reactive.
  • Can anticipate executive needs before being asked.
  • Maintains absolute discretion with confidential information.
  • Builds trusted relationships with executives, board members, and organizational leaders.

  • Thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.
