We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help share the stories, events, and experiences that make our community exceptional.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with residents, associates, and leadership to strengthen our brand presence.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email communications.
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on community news, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content across company social media platforms and executive pages.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend SEO and engagement improvements.
- Capture community events through photography and video to create compelling marketing content.
- Write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Identify and develop resident and associate stories that highlight the unique culture of Roland Park Place.
- Create, update, and audit printed and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand standards.
- Assist with public relations efforts and coordinate with advertising agencies as needed.
- Help plan and manage photography and video shoots, including organizing related assets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software.
- Basic website management and SEO knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
