We are seeking a Paid Digital Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. This role is hands-on and focuses on campaign setup, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google and Facebook
- Execute campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking from start to finish
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
- Develop and refine ad creative, including copy, visuals, and layouts
- Generate reports and communicate campaign performance clearly to stakeholders
- Maintain organized, accurate campaigns and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Proficiency with Google Business Suite
- Experience managing campaigns in Facebook Business Manager
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics and optimization strategies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Canva or other design tools for ad creative development
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
