We are looking for a Catalog Operations QA Specialist
Target total compensation ranges from $75,000 - $136,000, including a fixed annual salary of $70,000 - $110,000, an employee equity plan grant, a variable target, and world-class benefits.

About The Role
Are you someone who loves solving puzzles, spotting details others miss, and finding smarter ways to get things done? As a Catalog Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in helping some of the world's leading brands launch their products across major retailer marketplaces.
You'll help brands upload, validate, and launch their product catalogs across retailer marketplaces, ensuring product information is accurate, compliant, and ready for customers. Working at the intersection of ecommerce, operations, AI, and technology, you'll partner with teams across Business Development, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and AI, giving you exposure to how a fast-growing tech company builds and scales new products.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing team where your ideas will have real impact. Beyond supporting day-to-day operations, you'll help build the future of Catalog by improving workflows, testing AI-powered solutions, and creating scalable processes that help us onboard more brands, faster. If you're curious, detail-oriented, and excited by the idea of building something from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to help shape how AI is used within Catalog workflows — including prompt design, testing AI-driven outputs, and influencing the quality and direction of our product AI.
- Own brand/retailer product pipelines end-to-end from QA through retailer validation and live publish, ensuring product data meets retailer-specific requirements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product, QA, and marketplace issues across retail partners, and communicate directly with brands to unblock onboarding questions and product issues quickly and clearly.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Catalog QA workflows and retailer requirements, writing AI rules, improving tooling, and building scalable processes that reduce manual effort and rework.
Requirements
About You:
- Experience in QA, operations, e-commerce/marketplace onboarding, Shopify, or product data workflows, with strong troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-system environments.
- Curiosity around AI tools, prompting, workflow automation, or using AI to improve operational processes.
- Clear written communication and comfort working directly with external clients, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality standards.
