We are looking for an Associate Attorney who is prepared to handle cases independently, with appropriate supervision and support. This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants meaningful courtroom experience, hands-on client representation, and exposure to multiple practice areas.
- Appear in court on behalf of clients, including hearings, conferences, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Represent clients directly in civil, criminal, family law, and real estate matters
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
- Manage assigned caseloads from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arkansas
- Ability to appear in court and handle matters independently
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable working across multiple practice areas
- Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills
- Proficiency with the Spanish language
- Experience in any of the following areas: civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, or real estate
