Starting Compensation
$16.00/hour during the first month
30-day performance evaluation
Opportunity for an increase to $17.00/hour based on performance
90-day performance evaluation
Opportunity for an increase to $18.00/hour based on performance
Additional growth opportunities and promotions are available as you continue developing with the company.
Schedule
Approximately 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Full-time position
Responsibilities
Support daily office operations
Assist with scheduling, organization, and administrative tasks
Learn estimating and project coordination
Assist field crews when needed to understand company operations
Help organize the yard, equipment, tools, and materials
Maintain organized job records and documentation
Grow into greater leadership responsibilities over time
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Organized and dependable
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors when necessary
