Office Coordinator (Part-Time, In-Person – Jamaica, Queens)
Rojas AP – Architecture & Urban Planning Firm
Schedule: 10–12 hours/week
Pay: $30/hour
Location: Jamaica, Queens (in-person role)
What You’ll Do
- Assist with invoicing, vendor coordination, and basic bookkeeping (AP/AR)
- Maintain office systems (filing, supplies, and coordinating IT support as needed)
- Provide direct administrative support to the principal and team
- Help keep the office clean and organized
- Track and update basic HR items such as employee benefits
- Handle tasks independently and follow through reliably
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and QuickBooks
- Able to work independently in a small office environment
- Reliable, consistent, and proactive
- Experience in architecture, planning, or design firms is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com is a plus
