What You’ll Do
- Review customer contracts, scopes of work, and construction drawings to verify material requirements
- Ensure vendor purchase orders precisely match customer specifications
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and engineering teams to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Issue, track, and manage purchase orders with approved vendors
- Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and order status to support project timelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and changes
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or materials coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, and construction-related documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Proficiency in Excel and standard office software
- A proactive, team-first mindset with a commitment to accuracy and accountability
