Position Overview We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Lenoir City, Tennessee, with the flexibility to work fully remote. While 2–5 years of sales experience is preferred, it is not required. This position is ideal for motivated candidates who are eager to learn, comfortable on the phone, and interested in building a long-term career in a high-value industry. No prior experience in metal buildings or construction is required — full training and mentorship will be provided.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound leads and communicate with prospective customers by phone and email.
- Learn to sell commercial, industrial, mini storage, arena, hangar, and large sports facility metal building projects.
- Gather project details including size, use, location, and timeline.
- Schedule and support estimating calls.
- Assist with proposals and follow up to move opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM.
- Develop consultative sales skills and technical product knowledge through ongoing training.
