GENERAL MANAGER — HOME SERVICES

Future President Track — Run the Company Day-to-Day & Scale to New Locations
ROI Construction is a $25M fast-growing home services company on track to scale to $50M, then $100M, and expand into multi-location operations.
We’re looking for a General Manager who can run day-to-day operations, drive revenue, lead our managers, and build a culture of speed, accountability, and customer obsession.
This role is the #1 operator in the company — and the immediate successor track to become President as we open additional locations.
This is not a corporate management job.
This is a high-performance, high-autonomy operator role for someone who has built, run, or scaled a home-services or construction division and wants to take a company into the big leagues.
THE ROLE
You will report directly to the Founder/CEO (Dom), and own all day-to-day performance for our Millersville location.
You will lead and manage 6–7 department heads, including:
- Operations Manager
- Sales Manager
- Outside Sales Manager
- Service/O&M Manager
- Processing Manager
- Director of Technology & Automation
- (Plus any customer experience/office leadership under ops)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. All revenue-driving departments
Sales, outside sales, service, and production teams.
2. Company-wide operational performance
Scheduling production job flow fulfillment quality training recruiting.
3. KPIs and dashboards
You will ensure the company is managed by:
- Revenue growth
- Gross profit
- Job cycle time
- Completion rates
- NPS & Google reviews
- Recruiting & retention metrics
4. Leadership accountability
You will coach, develop, and hold managers accountable to:
- Daily standards
- Weekly KPIs
- Monthly goals
- Quarterly rocks
5. Customer experience excellence
We want elite-level NPS, fast response times, and world-class communication.
6. Recruiting & culture
While the Controller owns HR compliance, you own hiring, talent bench strength, performance reviews, and culture.
7. Execution, speed, and alignment
Make sure the entire company is aligned, communicating, and moving fast — every day.

REQUIREMENTS
- 7–15 years of experience in home services, construction, roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, electrical, restoration, or similar
- Proven success leading 5 managers and large teams
- Strong understanding of sales, production, and customer service
- Experience with KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and meeting rhythms
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and improve margins
- Comfortable working in-office, Monday–Friday, 9 hours/day
- High emotional intelligence, high accountability, no ego
A bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required. Execution > paper.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000
Performance Bonus: $30,000–$50,000 based on KPIs
OTE: $160,000–$200,000
Bonus Structure (KPIs all in your control)
- Revenue Growth – 30%
- Gross Profit % – 30%
- Cycle Time / Job Completion Speed – 20%
- Customer Experience (Reviews/NPS) – 10%
- Recruiting & Team Development – 10%
Long-Term Upside
