You're our first sales hire. Own the full cycle from cold outbound to signed contract. No SDR. No sales ops. No warm leads handed to you. You'll build the playbook the next hires follow.
What You'll Do
- Full-cycle sales: cold outbound, discovery, demo, close
- Build relationships with CFOs, COOs, AR managers at distributors
- Define the GTM playbook from scratch
- Collaborate directly with the founder on deals and product feedback
Must-haves:
- 3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales — you've booked your own meetings and closed your own deals
- Demonstrated ability to close 5-figure and low 6-figure ACV deals
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience selling to CFOs, COOs, VP Finance at $50M–$500M revenue companies
- ★ Bonus: Wholesale distribution, logistics, CPG, or manufacturing experience
