Rohrs Manufacturing is a fast-growing, precision fabrication company specializing in durable agricultural and industrial equipment under the Land Luvr brand. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Mazak Laser Operator to join our production team. If you're hands-on, proactive, and capable of running CNC laser cutting equipment with pride, we want to hear from you.
Job Summary
As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating, adjusting, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of our Mazak Fiber Laser System. You’ll ensure high-quality part output by preparing materials, calibrating the machine, managing cut conditions, inspecting parts, and cleaning and organizing work areas.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
· Competency using basic hand tools and digital controls.
· Forklift experience a plus.
Preferred Skills
· Organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Basic proficiency with Excel.
Work Environment
This role takes place in a busy industrial shop floor environment and requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection).
