As a Lot Attendant for our Lexus dealership, you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your role directly contributes to overall guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, handling vehicles with care, and upholding a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
You’ll play a key part in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests—making reliability, courtesy, and safety your top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Parking & Retrieval
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with driving as needed.
- Outside 95% of your time
Customer Service
- Deliver a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.
- Assist with luggage or other guest needs when appropriate.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and care.
- Safely park and secure vehicles in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly and courteously upon guest request.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required; ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed and punctual; maintains a neat and tidy uniform.
- Attention to Detail: Able to spot and report issues with vehicles or the lot.
- Team Player: Works well with fellow valet attendants and dealership staff to ensure smooth operations
