All you need is 1 year of sales experience.
Responsibilities;
- Nurture relationships to build clientele
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
- Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the General Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Becoming a team player that is committed to winning!
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Eager to learn, improve and grow
- Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year of sales experience preferred, but not required
