Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Accurately complete all m=necessary sales documentation and paperwork
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Eagerness to learn more, grow, and continuously improve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and team members
- Follow up with clients via phone, email, and text to ensure satisfaction benchmarks.
- Stay up to date on new inventory, pricing, and manufacturer incentives
- Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance
- Goal - oriented with a proven ability to close sales
- Valid driver’s license
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a luxury automotive sale
- Self driven, professional, and customer focused
- Tech savvy with CRM experience (e.g., VinSolutions, Dealer Socket)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
