Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Manger based in North or South Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and customer relations within their sales territory, which may require frequent travel. Must be a cold calling animal, both in person and over the phone, identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth. This is an execution-focused role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments. You must also have the ability to collaborate with internal teams and partner effectively with your assigned Sales Manager. Responsibilities
- Heavy emphasis on cold calling, lead generation and setting appointments
- Follow up on leads and inquires
- Virtually promote and sell Rohrer Aesthetics’ advanced capital equipment solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets with your sales group
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinating deliveries and products to customers
- Achieving and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of business, technical, or practical experience required
- Prior experience in the aesthetic, capital equipment, or medical device industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers virtually and ultimately build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a sales territory effectively.
- Ability to travel as required within assigned territory and to specific trade shows and events
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of business, technical, or practical, applicable experience required
- NetSuite or Salesforce knowledge a major bonus
