Our Defense, Security & Critical Infrastructure (DS&CI) division is seeking a Product Manager to support its advanced‑technology R&D group. This team delivers innovative, high‑impact solutions across the full product lifecycle from concept and rapid prototyping through testing and field deployment. As a member of this team, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and market success for these systems while working hand‑in‑hand with engineers, program managers, and customers. Candidates will have deep technical knowledge of communications technologies, RF and systems engineering, a proven track record in product leadership, and the entrepreneurial drive to Make Ideas Real.

The total compensation for this position is $140K-204K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.

Your tasks
- Serve as the primary technical interface with government customers and technology partners to align product roadmaps with long-term business strategy
- Identify and translate complex CONOPS and mission requirements into detailed technical specifications, system architecture, and backlogs for R&D and engineering
- Engage the secure communications community to gather field-level feedback and analyze SWOT to drive product strategy
- Identify and manage technical risks throughout the R&D lifecycle to safeguard cost, scope, schedule, and quality
- Establish clear performance metrics and success criteria to measure readiness and product value
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning guidance, pricing strategy, sales messaging, and marketing content based on competitive analysis and the sales team’s strategy
- Oversee coordination and communication of product roadmaps, technology trends, and market requirements between R&D, product development, customers, sales and marketing
- Oversee technical documentation, including training/onboarding materials, user manuals, datasheets, FAQs, service guidance
- Lead product compliance efforts across security, export control, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ITAR/EAR, FCC/NTIA spectrum certification, MIL-STD-461/810)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) with 8 years of product-lead/technical experience or M.S. with 6 years of experience
- Experience with modern commercial and military datalink systems and standards
- Experience with IP networks, RF propagation, phased-array antennas, and modems
- Experience navigating dynamic R&D environments, with a track record of moving products from prototype to market
- Knowledge of systems engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to travel throughout North America and Europe up to 30%
- Ability to communicate technical depth to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience within manufacturing/production in the aerospace and defense industry preferred.
- Experience with SWaP-C2 product design and development preferred.
- Experience with SIGINT, and EW technologies preferred.
