We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Technical Operations Analyst based out of our Coppell, TX regional office. The total compensation for this position is $95-125k. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.

Your tasks
- Seamlessly integrate with the business team as the lead finance partner, serving as the primary liaison between the business and corporate finance teams and advising on all financial matters.
- Provide financial support and strategic direction to the operations management team.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure accurate inventory management and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets and monthly year-end forecasts, including cost centers, accounts, inventory, and labor rates (total cost and efficiency), using a detailed cost analysis approach.
- Develop and maintain reporting by product line and profit center, including allocations and variance analysis for management.
- Direct and oversee physical inventory counts in coordination with corporate accounting, including cycle counts and reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation to support audits.
- Support cross-functional teams with financial budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation during annual audits.
- Prepare and distribute the monthly business P&L to executive and local management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited university
- 5 years of accounting and business finance experience, seamlessly integrating with business functions.
- Expert proficiency in SAP FI/CO (CS is a plus) modules, prior experience with SAP S/4HANA and is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and their integration with sales processes.
- CPA/candidate, or related certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles is essential
