What You’ll Be Doing
You will support and ensure the success of the community Foundation through gift procurement, event planning, project management, donor stewardship, volunteer support, community engagement initiatives and fundraising, and by providing office administration for the Foundation.
Pay: $20.00 -$22.00 / hr DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate logistics for Board of Directors meetings, employee/resident outreach, and donor centered event experiences, within the predetermined budget.
- Manage donor data entries within the donor database (including donations, pledges, and estate gifts), while ensuring accurate recording of donated funds, donor interactions, and biographical information.
- Develop donor engagement materials, tailored gift acknowledgements, program updates, and other materials as requested, to ensure a positive giving experience.
- Create data reports, including queries and gift reports, and organize data for strategic use.
- Assist in Foundation budget planning by collaborating with Foundation stakeholders and the Foundation Board of Directors.
- Create and maintain files and documents for the Foundation, including proper documentation needed for board meetings.
- Perform reception functions such as screening incoming calls, taking messages, routing calls, responding to routine questions about programs or services, greeting visitors, oversight of office supplies inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
