What You'll Be Doing
- Execute community events end-to-end by reviewing event worksheets and ensuring all details (guest count, menu, timing, setup, service, and cleanup) are delivered as planned.
- Coordinate and manage all event logistics in real time, including last-minute needs (equipment, décor, vendors), problem-solving on the spot, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Partner closely with the Campus Events Manager, Director of Community Engagement, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution.
- Oversee event preparation and operations, including pre-collection of goods, organizing service/storage areas across buildings, and operating Manor vehicles as needed.
- Uphold all policies, permits, and standards (Food Handlers Card, OLCC), attend required meetings/trainings, and bring a positive, people-first attitude to every event.
