Position Overview
As a Door Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and quality control of our products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fridays: As needed
Compensation
Starting at $19.00/hour or higher, depending on experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, drills, and CNC machines
- Assemble door panels, frames, and hardware components
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (door industry a plus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Familiarity with materials such as wood, veneer, and composites is a plus
