WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be part of the team that introduces homeowners to residential solar and helps create qualified opportunities for our Solar Consultants. Through consistent field activity and ongoing coaching, you'll:
- Meet with homeowners and start conversations about solar
- Learn to identify needs and create qualified opportunities
- Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants
- Track activity and work toward weekly and monthly goals
- Participate in ongoing training with experienced team members and leadership
The role is designed to help you become more confident, capable, and effective while working directly with homeowners.

EARNINGS AND GROWTH
First 90 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month
Consistent Performers: $6,500-$10,000 per month
Top Earners: $100,000 annually
Your compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, supported by hands-on training and mentorship. Strong performance can also create opportunities for increased responsibility as Rogue Solar continues to expand.
