THE ROLE
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our company. You will work in assigned communities, connect with homeowners, identify new project opportunities, and introduce them to NTY and the services we provide.
This is a sales role with regular travel to assigned markets. You will travel with the sales team to communities outside your local area, where you will meet homeowners and generate new opportunities. The role is best suited for someone comfortable traveling, adapting to new environments, and working as part of a team.
You do not need a specific sales background to join us. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support for people who bring a great attitude, work hard toward their goals, and are willing to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your work will include:
- Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our home improvement services.
- Identify new leads and help grow our presence in the communities we serve.
- Build relationships by communicating clearly and professionally.
- Follow our proven system to help you reach weekly and monthly goals.
