As we continue to grow, we're creating a unique leadership role that combines Farmers Markets, Catering, Community Partnerships, and Local Market Development into one dynamic position.
This is not a traditional restaurant management role.
This is for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, driving revenue, and making things happen.
The person we are looking for will:
Lead and grow our Farmers Market business
Develop new catering and corporate sales opportunities
Build partnerships with schools, hospitals, businesses, and community organizations
Support local store marketing initiatives
Stay connected to operations and the customer experience that makes Roggenart special
We're looking for a self-starter with strong QSR, fast casual, bakery-café, coffee, or hospitality experience who is equally comfortable talking to a customer, leading a team, setting up a market booth, or pitching a corporate catering program.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur.
Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
Someone who enjoys building.
