About the Role

Rogers Sporting Goods is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to lead and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all campaigns are aligned across paid media, email, SMS, and on-site creative to drive performance and deliver a consistent brand experience.

You will work cross-functionally with our internal team and graphic designers to execute campaigns from concept through launch.  This is an on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across:
    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Email marketing (Klaviyo)
    • SMS marketing (Attentive)
  • Coordinate campaign messaging and timing across all channels
  • Ensure website banners and on-site creative align with active campaigns
  • Work closely with graphic designers to deliver assets on time and on brand
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars and timelines
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversion, and engagement
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and merchandising teams on promotions and product focus
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and offer structure

Qualifications

  • 3 years experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Business Suite
    • TikTok Ads
    • Klaviyo (email flows & campaigns)
    • Attentive (SMS marketing)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels
  • Experience coordinating with design/creative teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in outdoor, hunting, or sporting goods industry
  • Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of creative direction and ad design best practices
