About the Role
Rogers Sporting Goods is seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to lead and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all campaigns are aligned across paid media, email, SMS, and on-site creative to drive performance and deliver a consistent brand experience.
You will work cross-functionally with our internal team and graphic designers to execute campaigns from concept through launch. This is an on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Email marketing (Klaviyo)
- SMS marketing (Attentive)
- Coordinate campaign messaging and timing across all channels
- Ensure website banners and on-site creative align with active campaigns
- Work closely with graphic designers to deliver assets on time and on brand
- Develop and manage campaign calendars and timelines
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversion, and engagement
- Collaborate with e-commerce and merchandising teams on promotions and product focus
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and offer structure
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in digital marketing or campaign management
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Ads
- Klaviyo (email flows & campaigns)
- Attentive (SMS marketing)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels
- Experience coordinating with design/creative teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in outdoor, hunting, or sporting goods industry
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of creative direction and ad design best practices
