Receptionist – Be the First Impression (and Keep Things Moving) | Utah County
Rogers & Russell is growing—and we’re looking for someone who can own the front desk and set the tone for every client interaction.
This isn’t just answering phones. This is being the face and voice of the firm—while also helping keep things on track behind the scenes, including client communications and collections.
We’re a fast-paced Utah County law firm. We need someone who is upbeat, organized, and confident—someone who can be welcoming and professional when conversations get real.
No prior legal experience required. We’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
- Welcome clients and make them feel taken care of from the moment they arrive
- Schedule appointments and keep calendars running smoothly
- Assist with client follow-ups and collections (friendly but firm communication)
- Support attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day needs
- Keep the office organized, efficient, and running cleanly
- Handle multiple tasks at once without losing track
