What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher: CTE Curriculum & Instructional Specialist position at Rogers Public Schools?
The CTE Curriculum & Instructional Specialist focuses on the improvement of student learning opportunities through the provision of instructional leadership and hands-on activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, curriculum and assessment development, instructional coaching, and the development of teaching CTE staff members. This position serves as a member of the instructional leadership team charged with responsibility for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational experiences relevant to the needs of the student population at Rogers Public Schools. The CTE Curriculum & Instructional Specialist will work with the CTE Director to create and build professional development for CTE teachers, work with the community to build industry partnerships, and engage with stakeholders for the betterment of students' readiness for post graduation.
Requirements:
- Arkansas Teaching License required
- 5 years of successful experience as a CTE Teacher OR any equivalent combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
- May be required to work outside normal working hours
- May be required to travel to perform job functions
Grant Funded 1-2 Year Position
192 day contract.
Start: August 2026
Salary : $55,000 - $84,355
