What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Clerk/Cashier position at Rogers Pharmacy?
Overview
Rogers Pharmacy - St. Joseph is looking for part time clerks to join our team. Retail or cash handling experience is a plus. Successful candidates will assist customers with the check out process for their orders, as well as organizing orders ready to be picked up.
**Candidates will need to obtain a Missouri Pharmacy Technician Registration before beginning employment. There are some costs to the applicant associated with this registration.**
Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Provide exceptional patient service
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the pharmacy experience.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to support customers
- Handle cash, check, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Full time employment may be available for a suitable candidate.
*Shifts will be primarily evening shifts, ending at 7pm during the week.
*Approximately every other Saturday until 5pm, or more frequently if available and interested
