Position Purpose
This role focuses on supporting and advancing Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) practices within the construction industry. The Project Engineer will assist in leveraging VDC/BIM applications to optimize construction processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
VDC and BIM Support
- Develop and assist in executing high-quality BIM content for the VDC department, project teams, and supporting departments.
- Provide technical and project support for VDC staff across all BIM-enabled projects.
- Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of established VDC workflows.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to achieving team goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging techniques, and best practices in VDC and BIM.
- Continuously improve skills in management, communication, and creativity to support professional growth.
- Maintain effective prioritization and management of assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tasks validated by a competency checklist.
- Comply with Rogers-O’Brien policies, procedures, safety plans, and regulatory standards.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and interdepartmental functions.
- Exhibit self-management, effective communication, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

- General Computer Competency: Familiarity with computer hardware and standard software tools.
