We are seeking an innovative Quality Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our companywide QA/QC process. This is a key leadership role within Rogers-O'Brien, reporting directly to the Director of Quality. This role offers a balanced work setting with 70% office environment and 30% field environment through job site visits. Travel includes 2-3 trips per month, primarily day trips to Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.

What You'll Do
Lead Quality Initiatives
- Develop and implement companywide QA/QC Quality Control Plans
- Provide strong leadership in managing QA/QC policies and processes
- Champion quality initiatives including checklists and inspection photo processes
- Track and evaluate warranty work to guide future quality improvements
- Partner with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) to champion the CPP process
- Lead CPP process development and continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate with owners and design teams on quality matters
- Support project pursuit teams and assist with managing third-party review results
- Mentor and develop Quality Managers and early career Superintendents
- Train teams on quality initiatives and best practices
- Continuously improve, refine, and develop QA/QC processes
- Maintain an open mind regarding efficient processes, tools, and technologies
Required
- 5 years of on-site construction experience
- Innovative mindset and technical proficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per month (mostly day trips within Texas)
- Four-year Construction Management or Engineering degree
