- Strong understanding of the LOTO process to ensure safe energy isolation

- OSHA-30 certification to understand and implement workplace safety regulations
- Proficiency in interpreting online drawings and system designs to prevent hazards
- Competency in Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint for effective documentation and communication
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems to manage site safety plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with diverse teams
- Establish, manage, and audit the site’s Energy Isolation Program overseeing electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler plans
- Conduct weekly field audits and lead reviews of trade partners' energy isolation safety plans
- Lead meetings and coordinate field activities for electrical energization and de-engagements, ensuring high-risk activities are controlled
- Review documentation and conduct audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA-70E, and internal policies
- Lead MOP meetings and oversee equipment inspections, energization, and commissioning activities
- Participate in High-Risk Activity planning meetings and establish an Energy Isolation Permit process
- Ensure qualifications, training, and PPE of personnel are verified and that energy isolation and LOTO plans are established
