What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Handle register transactions quickly and accurately, and settle your drawer
- Verify ID for all age-restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, and lottery)
- Stock, face, and rotate merchandise, coolers, and shelves
- Keep the store, restrooms, exterior, and fuel islands clean, safe, and welcoming
- Help guests at the fuel islands and keep pumps and windshield stations stocked
- Recommend products and promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly and hit store goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
Education and Experience
- Previous retail, convenience store, or customer service experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors at the fuel islands
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
