Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. The ideal candidate has a strong payroll background and is confident managing time tracking and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll accurately and on schedule
- Track employee hours, including regular time, lunches, and overtime
- Ensure all timecards are reviewed, approved, and compliant
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Utilize ADP for payroll processing and reporting
- Monitor and assist with labor cost tracking and reporting
- Identify discrepancies and resolve payroll issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to ensure accurate time reporting across teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll processing (required)
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems (required)
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, wage calculations, and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with timecard management and labor cost tracking (preferred)
