Rogers Group is seeking candidates for a UTILITY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR position for our quarries located in Cowan, TN, Shelbyville, TN and Fayetteville, TN.

JOB DETAILS

• Full Time
• Will float between quarries located in Cowan, TN, Shelbyville, TN and Fayetteville, TN
• Wages starting at $21.00/hr
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Operating various pieces of heavy equipment – haul truck, wheel loader, dozer, track hoe, skid steer, and others.
• Work on the ground and in the plant as needed.
• Have a strong commitment to safety excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
• At least two years of proficient experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – haul truck, wheel loader, dozer, track hoe, skid steer, and others.
• Willing and able to work on the ground and in the plant as needed.
• Able and willing to assist with fixed plant maintenance.
• Able to operate heavy equipment with precision and excellence in a variety of terrains and conditions.
• Performing various production duties.
• Complete required daily inspections, light maintenance, greasing, and fueling of heavy equipment.
• May be called upon at the discretion of management to perform any other duties assigned and/or assist other areas as necessary.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as may be needed.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
