Job Responsibilities
- Maintain/update/publish weekly & monthly financial reports and interactive dashboards.
- Perform, summarize, and distribute quantitative analysis of weekly reports.
- Assist in month-end accounting procedures and inventory management.
- Assist in analyzing job cost and forecast on construction projects.
- Assist in preparation of justification for capital expenditures.
- Assist in creation of annual business plan/forecast.
- Design and build analysis tools and new reporting as needed using MS Excel and data mining tools.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed by stakeholders throughout the market area.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred but not required.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience.
- Effective communication skills: written and inter-personal.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office suites (especially Excel).
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Effective organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload.
- Business analytics/data mining experience preferred.
