Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Parts Counterperson to help provide our wholesale customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Counterperson to sell GM parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
- Verify will-call and backorder parts daily.
- Will communicate and establish accounts with potential new customers.
- Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Participate in all training programs that are made available.
- Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
- Must be adaptable to assist multiple customers at one time.
