Roessel Joy has partnered with rapidly growing manufacturing company, based in Chelmsford, MA who is seeking to bring on a Staff Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong general ledger experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Month-end close responsibilities within the GL
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with documentation for financial statement preparation
- Depreciations and fixed asset maintenance
Qualifications of the role:
- 1-3 years accounting experience
- General ledger and journal entries experience
- Manufacturing background is ideal
- BS degree in accounting or finance is required
- Public accounting background is highly preferred
