Responsibilities
- Source and engage top candidates through proactive recruiting strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Own the hiring process from initial outreach through placement
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Consistently meet activity metrics and placement goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 2 year of recruiting or sales experience
