What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Roessel Joy?
A well-established, retail organization is seeking to bring on a Marketing Coordinator to work under the Marketing Director. This role will be responsible for taking photo/video of new projects, reviewing blog posts that the agency writes, updating website and any other ad hoc tasks.
This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with content creation while also tracking performance and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the management of marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager and monitor, measure, and report on campaign results to ensure optimization and successful outcomes
- Collaborate directly with Marketing Manager, Sales Team, and external Marketing Vendors to ensure alignment of all projects and create marketing materials
- Produce and oversee visual storytelling content including photography and short-form video production
- Create presentations for Sales Team, including those for AIA CEU program
- Perform research to identify and confirm target audiences for campaigns
- Capture photos and videos from completed projects and maintain a catalogue of content for future use
- Oversee social media content calendar to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and brand standards
- Maintain company website, making product updates and adding new content including landing pages
- Oversee blog posts to ensure alignment with SEO strategy and product features
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity; apply insights to enhance content performance
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
- Assist with file management, document organization, and maintaining marketing databases
- Support event and conference coordination and other marketing and event initiatives as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or content creation
- Adobe InDesign experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
