What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Bodyman position at Roem Automotive?
We are a Tesla Certified Repair Center looking for a full time openings for Automotive Bodyman in friendly and rapid paced company. We are looking for energetic hard working individuals to be part of our team. Must be able to pass a criminal background. Experienced only please!
Job Requirements and responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Assist Lead Paint Technician in prepping vehicles for paint
- Specific job duties include but are not limited to: prepping panels, masking panels, block sanding, mixing primer, spraying primer, cut and buff, minimal bodywork, mixing paint and mixing clear coat
- Ensure that all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed and all prior paint-related disassembly has been reassembled prior to returning the vehicle to the body technician
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective repair
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently
- Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts
- Regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and/or caustic chemicals - requires use of a respirator
- Moderate noise levels in this working environment
- Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Driver's License a MUST!
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
