Sales Representative

• Understands trailers/equipment by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features while comparing and contrasting competitive models.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, responding to inquiries and recommending sales campaigns/promotions.
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales, explaining warranties, services, and financing.
• Establish a positive relationship with potential and existing customers.
• Assist in scheduling service work for any customer who requires it.
• Appraise all incoming used vehicles.
• Ensures that service work is performed up to customer’s satisfaction.
• Plans and controls the display of vehicle inventory.
• Work with the Sales Manager to forecast monthly sales and expenses.
• Enthusiastically assist service technicians in customer interactions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
• Keep informed of manufacturer specials and price changes, to support purchase of inventory as needed.
• Assist co-workers in closing sales as needed.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to business.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
