Position Overview: Outside Sales Representative (1099 – Commission Only)
Lucas Sales Company is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 1099, commission-only role offering unlimited earning potential and complete flexibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll have the freedom to build your territory, manage your schedule, and grow your income based on your performance. You are responsible for all of your own expenses, earning is unlimited and you are your own boss.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations with key suppliers
Understand client needs and recommend tailored equipment solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Highly motivated, self-starter mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Proven ability (or strong desire) to meet and exceed sales goals
Prior sales or business development experience is a plus
Pay Structure:
1099 Commission only paid once per month.
30% of profit goes to you. (Sales price - Cost of goods sold including shipping cost)
