The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the truck center efficiently, maintaining and growing a positive team, upholding strong relationships with fleet customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the truck center, including staffing and service operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to optimize center performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the truck center team to achieve business goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to fleet clients.

- Proven experience managing a commercial truck center or similar facility.

Experience
