We work through a vast network of dealers through the southeast but still maintain a strong over the counter presence in our home town where we would like to continue to grow as well. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Clerk based in Saluda, SC. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping tasks, and preparing financial statements. The individual will also utilize accounting software to process data, manage company financial, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include data entry, reconciling financial transactions, assisting with month-end close processes, and supporting financial reporting activities. You will be learning Hands on from individuals around you with decades of experience whose main goal is to see you succeed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and related financial tools
- Strong skills in Bookkeeping and managing financial records
- Experience in Accounting and preparing Financial Statements
- General knowledge of basic Finance principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and other common office software
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role is an advantage
- Willingness to work overtime as needed through seasonal surges
- Desire to be a part of a family-oriented team
