Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and respond to calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and handling various communication channels effectively.
