Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative 11pm-7am

The moment the guest walks into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Night Auditor, you'll not only handle transactions, you will create the warm atmoshpere that makes our guests feel at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day responsibilities

- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports

- Warmly greet and check in and out guests, acknowledging IHG reward club members

- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

- Manage guest bookings professionally

- Handle cash and credit transactions appropriately

- Follow safety and security procedures

- Take pride in your location and keep it clean and organized

- Assist and communicate well with other colleagues as needed

- Assist with Breakfast as host, when necessary, as scheduled in the morning

What we need from you

· Great Communication Skills: able to communicate accurate information with guests and colleagues in a warm manner

· Problem Solving Skills: able to turn issues into opportunities

· Literate & tech savvy: a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computer skills

· Flexible: night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job

· Experience: preferably, you'll have experience working at the front desk or in a guest service position, but we are willing to train

· A reasonable level of fitness – you’ll be on your feet most of the day, and will need to bend and kneel
