About Rodeo Werkz
Rodeo Werkz is a premium automotive restyling shop specializing in paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vehicle wraps, and other high-end automotive services. We regularly work on luxury, exotic, and high-performance vehicles, so attention to detail, accountability, and respect for every vehicle are essential.
We are looking for an experienced installer or motivated trainee who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive restyling industry.
Experience
Previous experience with PPF, window tint, vinyl wraps, automotive detailing, or mechanical work is preferred but not required. Mechanic experience or a strong understanding of vehicle components is especially valuable because some installations require the careful removal and reinstallation of trim, panels, lights, door handles, and other parts.
We are willing to train the right person. Professional experience is valuable, but attitude, reliability, patience, and willingness to learn are equally important.
Responsibilities
- Assist with or perform PPF, window tint, and vinyl wrap installations
- Prepare and clean vehicles properly before installation
- Carefully remove and reinstall vehicle trim and components when required
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas
- Inspect completed work for quality and installation issues
- Handle luxury and high-end vehicles carefully and responsibly
- Follow shop procedures and manufacturer installation guidelines
- Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Learn new installation techniques and accept coaching
- Support other team members when needed
Qualifications
- PPF, window tint, or vinyl wrap experience is preferred
- Automotive mechanic or mechanical experience is preferred
- Experience removing and reinstalling vehicle parts is a plus
- No professional installation experience is required; training is available
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Patient and comfortable performing precise work
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with hand tools and around vehicles
- Able to maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Must be available to work Saturdays
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Saturday availability is required for this position.
